The quiet side of Sithonia, right on the water
EDRA is a small, family-run cluster of self-catering studios in Vourvourou, where our garden ends and the Aegean begins. Step off the lawn and you are in the shallow, calm water of the bay, with Diaporos island floating across the channel.
Each studio has its own balcony, a kitchenette for slow breakfasts, and everything you need for an easy summer — so you don’t have to think about anything, as our guests like to say. The kayaks on the shore are free for guests — Diaporos island is an easy paddle away — and in the evening, the barbecue by the water and the garden fireplace are yours too.
And we are always around — EDRA is family-run, and we host the way we would like to be hosted: personally.

How do I pay?
In cash (euros), when you arrive. We don’t take cards and we never ask for prepayment or a deposit — your booking is held on our word and yours.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Tell us — if the studio is free, we’re flexible.
Is parking included?
Yes, free parking at the property.
Is there a tourist / climate fee?
Greece charges a small climate resilience fee per night for short-term stays, set by law. It’s collected in cash together with your payment — we’ll tell you the exact amount when we confirm your booking.
How do we get there from the airport?
Rent a car at Thessaloniki airport (SKG) and drive ~1 h 45 min via Nea Moudania towards Sithonia; Vourvourou is on the east coast of the peninsula. We’ll send you a pin and meet you at the gate.
